DNAi Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms apply to your purchase of DNAi+ services and related products on the DNAi Marketplace. By using the Marketplace, you agree to these terms.
2. Product Types
The Marketplace mainly offers the following products:
- DNAi+ Subscription (Monthly/Annual)
- AI Analysis Credit Pack (Pay-per-use or bulk purchase)
- Gift Cards / Redeemable Codes
3. Purchase & Payment
3.1 Purchase Process
Select product → Confirm order → Complete payment → Receive product
3.2 Payment Methods
- Credit Card / Debit Card
3.3 Pricing
- Prices are as shown on the product page
- Taxes are the responsibility of the user
4. Product Delivery
Redeemable codes must be used within the validity period; expired codes will not be reissued.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Digital Products
All sales are final, and refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions apply in the following cases:
- Product not received within 48 hours of payment
- Product received does not match what was purchased
- Platform technical failure prevents use of the product
5.2 Physical Products
- 7-day unconditional return (product must remain in good condition)
- For quality issues, we will bear the return or exchange costs
6. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate purchase information
- Safeguard your account and redeemable codes
- Not resell or scalp Marketplace products
- Not use illegal funds for payment
If you violate these obligations, we reserve the right to cancel your order, revoke the product, and deny any refund.
7. Promotions & Discounts
- Promotion rules are as stated on the respective campaign page
- Coupons cannot be combined unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for Marketplace transactions shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the transaction.
9. Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Marketplace. Completed transactions are governed by the version in effect at the time of purchase.
